Management Team

Capt. Jeganath Bala whom also known widely as Capt. Jay by fellow mariners and clients is our General Manager. He has over 15 years of experience in the marine industry.He started his career with American President Lines (NOL) in 2000 then AP Moller MAERSK in 2004 and few offshore companies later where he held various positions on board vessels during his tenor till 2015. Capt. Jay is a qualified Master Mariner and holds a Certificate of Competency as Master of a Foreign Going Ship issued by the Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) Singapore.
He has completed his Diploma in Nautical Studies and Master Mariner at Singapore Polytechnic and has a vast experience on board various type vessel such as Container, Tanker, Car Carriers, MPSSV, AHTS, Seismic Survey and many more. Capt. Jay is also a certified Senior DPO (Dynamic Positioning) by Nautical Institute (NI) UK and member of the same Alumni. He has worked closely with various classification societies such as ABS, BV, DNV and LR in order to meet their continuous standards and requirements.
He has completed his Diploma in Nautical Studies and Master Mariner at Singapore Polytechnic and has a vast experience on board various type vessel such as Container, Tanker, Car Carriers, MPSSV, AHTS, Seismic Survey and many more. Capt. Jay is also a certified Senior DPO (Dynamic Positioning) by Nautical Institute (NI) UK and member of the same Alumni. Mr.Sakthi Kumar Ramadas, Financial Advisor, graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) Degree from University of Malaya in 2002 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), majoring in corporate finance from Cardiff Metropolitan University, London in 2013. Mr. Sakthi has over 12 years of working experience in audit, accounting, finance and business support function in multinational companies, locally and internationally.
He started his career with Deloitte & Touché in 2003 as an external auditor, where he managed O&G, IT and manufacturing portfolios. His career spans across the O&G where he was employed by Petrofac Training Services in 2007, as Regional Finance Manager for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. He went on to take on a range of managerial roles for Petrofac Training Services, until his appointment as Finance Consultant for Petrofac Training Services Singapore in 2011, based in Singapore.
In mid-2012, he returned to Malaysia to take up the role as Regional Business Support Manager for the APAC region with Altor Risk Group (a Stirling Group company and subsidiary of the Olive Group). His portfolio was then extended to cover finance, commercial, contracts, human resource and administration portfolio for the APAC region.
